Privacy Policy
Premier Lead Partners LLC ("Premier Lead Partners," "we," "us") is a lead generation company based in Plantation, Florida. We connect consumers who express interest in financial, insurance, and related products with companies that provide those products and services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide — when you complete one of our forms, respond to one of our emails or mailings, or speak with us by phone, you may provide your name, contact details (email address, phone number, mailing address), state of residence, and information about the product or service you are interested in (for example, an approximate debt amount, coverage needs, or homeownership status).
- Consent records — when you submit a web form, we capture the details of your consent, which may include a timestamp, IP address, the page and disclosure language you saw, and independent consent certificates from services such as Jornaya (LeadiD) and TrustedForm.
- Technical information — like most websites, we and our service providers may collect device, browser, and usage information through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To match you with companies that offer the products or services you expressed interest in, and to share your inquiry with those companies so they can contact you — this is the core of our business;
- To operate, deliver, and improve our marketing campaigns across email, search, telephone, and direct mail;
- To maintain consent and suppression records, honor opt-outs, and comply with legal obligations;
- To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
How we share (and sell) information
When you submit an inquiry, we share the information in that inquiry with one or more of our business clients — companies offering the category of product or service you asked about — so they can respond to you. Depending on your state's law, this sharing may be considered a "sale" of personal information. California residents can learn more and opt out in our CCPA Notice.
We may also share information with service providers who support our operations (for example, hosting, analytics, consent verification, and compliance vendors), and where required by law.
We do not knowingly sell the personal information of anyone under 18, and our services are directed to adults in the United States.
Telephone contact and consent
Where our campaigns involve calls or texts, we rely on prior express consent captured at the point of inquiry, scrub phone records against the Do-Not-Call list before delivery, and maintain an internal do-not-call list as described in our Do-Not-Call Policy.
Email marketing
Our email campaigns are sent to opt-in audiences. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe mechanism. See our Email Opt-Out page for details.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time via the link in any message or our opt-out page;
- Ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list (details);
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us (see below). California residents have additional rights described in the CCPA Notice. We will honor applicable rights under other state privacy laws as well.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including maintaining consent and suppression records for the periods required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our care; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
