California Privacy Notice (CCPA)
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA").
Categories of personal information we collect
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, mailing address, IP address;
- Commercial information — the products or services you inquired about and related details you provide (for example, approximate debt amount, coverage needs, homeownership status);
- Internet activity — device, browser, and interaction information collected through cookies and similar technologies;
- Inferences — the consumer segment or vertical your inquiry relates to.
Sources
We collect this information directly from you (web forms, phone calls, replies to our email or mail campaigns), automatically through the Site, and from consent-verification services such as Jornaya and TrustedForm.
Why we collect it
To operate our lead generation business: matching your inquiry with companies that offer what you asked about, delivering marketing campaigns, keeping consent and suppression records, preventing fraud, and complying with law.
Sale and sharing of personal information
Our business is connecting interested consumers with providers. When you submit an inquiry, we provide the personal information in that inquiry to one or more business clients in the relevant category. Under the CCPA this disclosure may constitute a "sale" of personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Your rights
- Right to know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, suppression records we must keep to honor your opt-outs);
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information;
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise your opt-out right, email alex@premierleadpartner.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request" and include the name, email address, and phone number you used with us so we can locate your records.
How to exercise your other rights
Email alex@premierleadpartner.com with the subject line "CCPA Request" describing the right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity using the information you provide, respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 45 days), and keep a record of your request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will require proof of the agent's authority.
